DALLAS (March 28, 2022) JLB Residential, a multifamily management company for JLB Partners, announced communties Brady, located in Dallas, TX, Echo, located in Austin, TX, and Haden, located in McLean, VA have been awarded the KingsleyExcellence Award. To earn this award, the annual residents’ overall satisfaction score must meet or exceed the Kingsley Index (KI), the industry average, be active on the KingsleySurvey platform for 30-days, and obtain a minimum of 15 survey responses. “It’s an honor for each of these teams’ efforts to be recognized by a leader in the multifamily industry,” said Kristina Bernatis, Vice President of Training & Marketing. “The hard work, passion for their jobs, and dedication to their residents our teams exude each and everyday are apparent through the resident surveys submitted through our partnership with KingsleySurveys.” The KingsleySurvey Overall Satisfaction is a compilation of scores obtained through prospect, move-in, work order, and pre-renewal surveys answered directly by residents. All three of the JLB Residential award recipients were well above the Kingsley Index for Overall Satisfaction.
