Operations Coordinator

Ms. Martinez joined JLB Residential as the Administrative Assistant to the President of Property Management in 2012. In her current role as Operations Coordinator, she helps to support the day-to-day operational duties of the communities. Her duties include coordination of monthly financial reporting, monthly financial review calls, report collection of internal property investment reports both monthly and quarterly, and assists with reporting needs of asset management for the disposition of property. She works with JLB University on operational training material and assists with the annual leadership meeting, EXCEED. Ms. Martinez joined the multifamily industry in 2001 working for GraPat Group and Bristol Properties various on site leadership roles prior to joining JLB.
